Last year in the 2013/2014 season, we seen England face Scotland in two friendlies but now the competition will step up as the two teams drew the same group in the World Cup Qualifiers.

The sides will face their first clash on Friday 11th November 2016 at Wembley Stadium with kick off at 19:45 BST, more than enough time to build the buzz around the event as excitement rattled throughout both nations. The follow up game with commence at Hampden Park at 17:00 on Saturday, 10th June 2017.

Other countries included in Group F are Slovakia, Malta, Slovenia, Lithuania and Malta showing that both Scotland and England have a fighting chance of making it past the group stages.

Across Britain, Wales are looking to be facing Republic of Ireland in their group stages whilst Northern Ireland are faced with the challenge of champions Germany in what would be a testing and difficult bout.
