The Preston Guild City Games returns next month, with the UCLan Sports Arena playing host to some of the activities.
The event which started three years ago, includes competitors from local businesses, organisations and community groups, taking part in a variety of different sports.
Boosting participation in sport and physical activity across companies throughout Lancashire is the main aim of the event.
The activities will take place across two weekends, starting at the Penwortham Golf Club on the 27th May.
A week later, there will be football, Rounders and a ‘back to school’ style sports day taking placing at the Sports Arena, whilst there will be a moonlight and memories walk at the St Catherine’s Hospice, Lostock Hall.
The concluding part of the event will be held at Preston Docks, where people will be able to take part in dragon boat racing before the closing ceremony.
