HIGH COURT RULES BREXIT SUBJECT TO PARLIAMENT VOTE

The High Court has just revealed that the Government must put the invocation of Article 50 to a vote in Parliament before being able to trigger it. This represents the first setback in leaving the European Union that Prime Minister Theresa May (CON – Maidenhead) has faced.
