MACs Bar has been ordered to close for three months following a hearing at Preston Magistrates court today.
The court told owner Andy Mac that members of the public would be put at risk if it was to stay open, as the club had not done enough to control the drunk behaviour of their customers.
MACs has been Shut for a Further 3 Months We apologise and thanks to everyone for all there support.

MACs had been issued a 48 hour closure on June 1 by the police under section 76 of the anti-social behaviour act.
Andy Mac insisted that the club’s closure would only be temporary and started a petition which has so far been signed by over 1,500 people. But now the club may not been open until the new academic year.
