Summer Survival 2016: LewRey

LewRey is an alternative pop and soul duo hailing from Huddersfield, they have been playing music together since the age of 13, from involvement in bands at secondary school. The duo officially formed in 2014, and they have enjoyed a number of successes in the past two years.

With a huge list of shows coming up in 2016, LewRey are a busy act who is determined to get their music heard. In particular, they will feature as the support acts for Example, WSTRN and Maverick Sabre. This will add to the range of top acts they have already supported, including Sigma, Pendulum and Professor Green.

The duo has received attention for their musical releases so far too. Their latest single Somebody reached  No. 17 in the RnB charts, and their next single Never will be released on Saturday 21st May. The launch will be in Leeds, featuring headline sets from Wretch 32 and Tom Zanetti.

LewRey will be on the Piazza Music Stage at 4pm on Saturday.
