Starting as a group of school friends in 2009, Transition, Baby! have started to make a name for themselves among the unsigned music scene. They cite their key musical influences as 21st Century indie artists, especially We are Scientists, Interpol and The Sunshine Underground.

The 4-piece band from Manchester has had an exciting year so far. They played at the O2 Ritz, Manchester at the end of January, which was one of their largest shows to date. They are in the process of putting a new EP together too, which they hope will be released early in 2017.

When asked about their slot at Summer Survival, the band said, “We’re really looking forward to the event and hopefully everyone involved has a great day – we’re just going to go out and enjoy it. We’ll be playing a few tracks from our upcoming EP, so we’re hoping they go down well.”

Transition, Baby! will be appearing at Denton EuroFest, Manchester on Saturday 11th June, which is a beer and food festival featuring live music from bands from across Europe. Their next headline slot is due to be on Friday 29th July at The Castle Hotel, Manchester, and they have promised that tickets will be available to buy soon.

Transition, Baby! will be on the Piazza Music Stage at 2pm on Saturday.
