Tories More Likely Than Labour to Want Revenge, Poll Shows

YouGov’s daily poll has revealed that supporters of the Conservative Party are more likely to want revenge than to turn the other cheek.

The poll asked “Which do you believe in more?” and listed:

  • Turning the other cheek
  • Fighting fire with fire
  • Not sure

as answers.

Whilst over 50% of Labour supporters and over 50% of minor party supporters chose turning the other cheek, 48% of Tory supporters chose to forgive.

This matches with the Tories being more likely to want to fight fire with fire, as the poll shows:
