The Atheist, Humanist and Secularist Society at UCLan have revealed their first event back after Christmas. On the Friday of the week we return, they’re hosting a talk from the Church of Rational Satanism, which will be about what Satanism actually is, misconceptions about it, and what being a Satanist is actually like.

The event, named the Friday 13th Satanism Showcase, will take place in the Flintoff Room from 6PM, and will have light refreshments.

A spokesperson for AHS said,

“It’ll be a fantastic event – as far as we know Satanists haven’t come so formally before. Make sure you get tickets as space as limited – they’re completely free, but we need to know how many to get refreshments for!”
